Customize management rules
The administrator specifies, for each template, the management rules to apply: Direct transfer of invoices and payments to accounting, sending contracts to the legal department, etc.

Thin client architecture and connectors
Built on a three-tiered thin client and XML technology architecture, b-Wize MAIL includes a set of connectors that allow direct integration with most ERP, EDM and workflow systems on the market.

Managing recurring mail
On installation, the b-Wize MAIL software analyzes the heterogeneous flow of mail the company usually receives. It automatically builds a database of templates that, during production, enable it to instantly identify scanned documents.

Processing unusual document types
For unstructured and non recurring mail, b-Wize MAIL uses an additional full-text method, based on the use of keywords and dynamic tables.
